Christina Pro is an associate in the Business Services Group of Babst Calland. Ms. Pro’s practice focuses primarily on general corporate transactions, corporate governance matters, drafting commercial contracts and business planning and structuring.
Background
Ms. Pro received her B.A. summa cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh in 2008. In 2011, she received her J.D. from Duquesne University where she graduated cum laude. At Duquesne, Ms. Pro served as a staff member of the Duquesne Law Review, as well as a teaching assistant in the Legal Research and Writing Program. While in law school, she also interned for the Honorable Judge Terrence F. McVerry of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Pro is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and before the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Allegheny County and American Bar Associations.
