Mark Dausch is an associate in the Litigation Services Group of Babst Calland. His practice includes commercial, construction and environmental litigation.
Mr. Dausch has represented clients in state and federal trial and appellate courts, alternative dispute resolution forums and before government agencies. His commercial litigation experience includes representing clients in antitrust litigation, shareholder disputes, toxic tort defense litigation, premises liability defense litigation and products liability defense litigation. Mr. Dausch has also handled a wide array of commercial and residential construction disputes and issues from mechanics’ liens and breach of contract claims to zoning and land use claims. In addition, he has represented various commercial, industrial and natural resources clients in environmental permitting appeals.
Background
Mr. Dausch graduated summa cum laude from Duquesne University with a B.S. in Business Administration, concentrating in Economics. He received his J.D. from Duquesne University, where he graduated magna cum laude and served on the Editorial Board of the Duquesne Law Review. While in law school, Mr. Dausch also completed an externship with the Honorable David Stewart Cercone of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and served as a legal research assistant to Professor Kenneth E. Gray.

Mr. Dausch is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and West Virginia, and is a member of the Allegheny County, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations. Mr. Dausch currently serves as a member of the Duquesne University Economic Advisory Board.
