Rachel Henry is an associate in the Energy & Natural Resources and Business Services Groups of Babst Calland. Ms. Henry counsels various energy, oil, gas and mineral-related clients on transaction matters as they relate to gas title issues and opinions.
Background
Ms. Henry graduated cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh in 2006, earning a B.A. as a double major in Economics and Political Science. She received her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2009. While in law school, she interned for Pennsylvania Superior Court Judge Maureen Lally-Green and for the Juvenile Court Division of the Allegheny County Public Defender’s office. Prior to joining Babst Calland,
Ms. Henry was an associate in the energy department of a Pittsburgh law firm concentrating on title analysis and transactional matters. Prior to her law firm experience, she was a land agent and worked on title and curative matters.

Ms. Henry is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Allegheny County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.
