This national practice is led by a senior team of experienced energy attorneys with a primary focus on pipeline safety and the transportation of hazardous materials. Our senior energy attorneys have a wide range of deep experience in compliance, regulatory and legislative affairs, strategic counseling, enforcement, incident response, litigation, due diligence and audit preparation.
The Washington office is part of the Firm’s larger Energy and Natural Resources Practice Group that is comprised of experienced environmental and energy attorneys with multi-disciplinary legal practice areas that include environmental, energy and natural resources, corporate and commercial, title, litigation, land use, construction, real estate, and employment & labor law.
