Babst Calland is proud of its diversified management structure where a number of attorneys at the firm have the opportunity to actively participate in the management of the firm.

Board of Directors

The Firm is governed by a Board of Directors, which is currently comprised of Chip Babst, Dean Calland, Frank Clements, Don Bluedorn, Chris Farmakis, Marcia Grimes, Matt Jameson, Mark Shepard and Denny Yates. Chip Babst is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and also serves as the Firm’s Managing Shareholder.

Practice Groups

Babst Calland is organized, for administrative purposes, into seven major practice groups: Business Services; Construction; Employment and Labor; Environmental, Health and Safety; Land Use/Public Sector; Litigation; and Natural Resources. The Chairperson of each of the seven groups reports directly to the Board of Directors.
