Grimes, an attorney for the law firm of Babst, Calland, Clements and Zomnir, P.C. has been elected to the board of directors of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association. Ms. Grimes, a 1983 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, concentrates her practice in the area of commercial real estate law and general corporate and business counseling for domestic and international companies. NAIOP is the leading organization for developers, owners and related professionals in office, industrial and mixed-use real estate. Names Bruderly a ShareholderBabst, Calland, Clements and Zomnir, P.C., a regional law firm headquartered in downtown Pittsburgh, recently named Lisa M. Bruderly a shareholder in the firm. Ms. Bruderly is a 2001 graduate of the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law. Ms. Bruderly, a member of the Environmental, Energy and Natural Resources Group, combines both regulatory and litigation aspects of her practice to resolve issues for industrial, commercial and municipal clients. Ms. Bruderly’s regulatory practice focuses on identifying and resolving wastewater, natural resource, site acquisition and brownfield development issues. She also specializes in litigating appeals before state administrative boards, including the Pennsylvania Environmental Hearing Board. Ms. Bruderly’s litigation experience covers a broad range of appeal topics, including those relating to coal and non-coal mining, oil and natural gas development, NPDES permitting, waste management orders and civil penalty assessments.
