Commercial & Industrial Leasing

Our team of experienced lawyers routinely draft, negotiate and advise clients with respect to real estate leases both complex and simple. We represent both property owners and tenants in all phases of preparation and negotiation of commercial and industrial leases. We advise on leasing and property management for ground leasing, build-to-suit, warehouse, industrial, oil and gas, mineral, telecommunication and distributed antenna system leases, office leases, shopping center leases and other leasing opportunities. We also have represented landowners and tenants in complex, long-term ground leasing arrangements.

We have the experience to know and understand what terms are considered customary and standard, and which are not, and we regularly put that experience to work for our clients. We assist our client with negotiating complex legal issues such as maintenance of the property, shared charges, exclusivity, co-tenancy and options, as well as lender subrogation and non-disturbance provisions.
