DESCRIPTION:Babst Calland joins Franklin Park’s Borough Council for its Community Scholarship Golf Outing on Monday\, August 2\, 2021. \nIn 2003\, Borough Council created a Community Scholarship program for graduating high school seniors residing in Franklin Park. As a result\, the Borough has been able to award 167 Scholarships over the past 19 years. This year twelve (12) $1\,000 scholarships were awarded.
