DESCRIPTION:Babst Calland joins the Centre County Youth Service Bureau for On the Fly on May 15\, 2017. This unique one-fly tournament begins with breakfast\, two fishing sessions\, and lunch before concluding with a banquet and awards presentation. A team consists of four individuals with a rotating schedule of fishing\, and the legendary Joe Humphreys presents seminars and casting tactics; stream entomology and fly tying demonstrations are also on site.  All proceeds benefit the Centre County Youth Service Bureau. \nFor more information\, click here.
