DESCRIPTION:Babst Calland joins the Allegheny County Bar Association’s (ACBA) Environment and Energy Law Section for “Getting the Lights On” on Wednesday\, May 22\, 2019.  The windstorm that swept through the Pittsburgh region this past February caused Duquesne Light Company’s biggest power outage in some 20 years. Yet – thanks to round-the-clock work by Duquesne Light Company crews – the power was rapidly resorted.
