DESCRIPTION:Babst Calland joins Kinetic for “PHMSA Regulations and Enforcement: What’s Next for Pipeline Safety?” on Wednesday\, December 6\, 2017. \nThe Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) is almost a year into its transition to a new Administration.  As the months pass\, questions abound on the prospects for the numerous rulemakings currently underway at the agency.  Numerous rules were prompted by statutory mandates from the 2011 and 2016 amendments to the Pipeline Safety Laws\, while others reflect policy determinations of the outgoing administration. \nAttorneys James Curry and Brianne Kurdock will be presenting an update on PHMSA rulemakings and policies.
