DESCRIPTION:On Thursday\, January 13\, 2022\, Pipeline Attorney Keith Coyle will present a webinar on the “PHMSA Gas Gathering Rule” for the Ohio Oil and Gas Association (OOGA). On November 15\, 2021\, the Pipeline Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) issued a final rule for onshore gas gathering lines. The final rule\, which represents the culmination of a decade-long rulemaking process\, establishes new safety standards and reporting requirements for historically exempt gas gathering lines in rural areas.
