DESCRIPTION:Attorneys Gina Falaschi and Sean McGovern will present “Development and Emerging Trends in ESG and Environmental Justice” to the Western Pennsylvania Chapter of the Association for Corporate Counsel (ACC) on Tuesday\, April 26\, 2022. ESG is a hot topic in board rooms across the country. This presentation will cover the basics of ESG\, some of the current standards\, and recent developments\, including the SEC’s proposed Climate Disclosure Rule released on March 21. We will also take a close look at Pennsylvania and federal environmental justice developments\, which will explore Governor Wolf’s Environmental Justice Executive order and the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection’s proposed revisions to its Environmental Justice Policy currently open for public comment.
