In addition\, the conference features multiple networking opportunities with other attendees. \nAttorney Chelsea Heinz will be a co-panelist for “Royalty Roundup: A Survey of Developments in Appalachian Oil & Gas Royalty Litigation.” Exploration & Production companies operating in Appalachia face a patchwork and ever-changing landscape of oil and gas royalty precedent. Recently\, legal decisions out of Ohio\, Pennsylvania\, and West Virginia continue to transform the law being applied to varying lease royalty provisions.
