DESCRIPTION:Babst Calland joins the Allegheny County Bar Association’s (ACBA) Environment and Energy Law Section for their “Green Event” on Wednesday\, May 21\, 2025.  During the event – which has the goal of raising money for law students aiming to practice environmental and/or energy law in Allegheny County after graduation –guests will enjoy stunning views of the Pittsburgh Botanic Garden while hearing remarks from Keith Kaiser\, the Garden’s Executive Director\, who will discuss the Garden’s mission\, its environmental history\, and ongoing sustainability initiatives. The event will also include the presentation of a scholarship check to this year’s recipient and the election of the Environment and Energy Law Section’s council and officers for the 2025–26 bar year.
