Recognizing that these COVID-19 related modifications have made compliance with environmental regulatory and settlement-related obligations more challenging\, or in some cases impossible\, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and certain States have issued policies to address environmental compliance during the COVID-19 crisis.
