The practice group is anchored by four former U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) attorneys and senior executives with deep experience at the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA), National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), and the Secretary of Transportation’s Office of General Counsel.
