Periodically, every company faces legal issues in human resources management. Babst Calland helps through counseling before minor human resources concerns escalate into larger problems, such as litigation.

Our attorneys provide human resources support that allows clients to understand their obligations under federal, state and local employment and labor laws, from hiring to termination.
We develop and audit employment policies and practices. We provide ongoing advice and training regarding employment discrimination, ADA compliance, workplace harassment, disability accommodations, FMLA and COBRA administration, discipline, drug and alcohol testing, employee privacy issues, workplace violence and employee benefits.

We work with clients to create and review employment contracts and we develop policies to ensure that clients take all necessary steps to protect their company’s trade secrets and confidential information.

We provide litigation services for all employment and labor related claims.
