Anthony S. DaDamo

Anthony DaDamo is an associate in the Energy and Natural Resources Group of Babst Calland. Mr. DaDamo counsels various energy, oil, gas and mineral-related clients on transaction matters as they relate to gas title issues and opinions.
Mr. DaDamo graduated with distinction from the Pennsylvania State University in 2011 with a B.S. in Accounting and minor in Information Systems Management. He received his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2014. During law school, Mr. DaDamo counseled clients in oil and gas and coal mining as a certified legal intern in the school’s Environmental Law Clinic and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Corporate Finance.
After graduating, Mr. DaDamo examined mineral titles in West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Ohio for a large West Virginia law firm. Prior to joining Babst Calland, Mr. DaDamo worked as an associate for a small law firm in northern West Virginia. His practice focused on representing landowners and oil and gas investment firms in oil and gas transactions, including lease and mineral rights acquisitions and divestitures, as well as providing due diligence and title curative services. Mr. DaDamo also counseled clients in small business mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate law and general corporate and business law.

Mr. DaDamo is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and West Virginia, as well as before the United States District Courts for the Western District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Allegheny County, Pennsylvania and West Virginia Bar associations.
