Attorney Justine Kasznica will present “The New Space Economy: Federal Space Policy, Commercial Opportunity, and Pennsylvania’s Competitive Advantage” at the Western Pennsylvania Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel’s (ACC) 2026 Back to School: An In-House Primer on Thursday, August 6, 2026.
Recent federal policy announcements are accelerating investment in the U.S. space economy through renewed emphasis on commercial launch, lunar exploration, supply chain resilience, national security, and advanced manufacturing. This program will examine the legal and business implications of these developments, with a particular focus on the emerging opportunities for Pennsylvania companies and institutions.
