Attorney Mark Dausch Appointed to the Pennsylvania Environmental Hearing Board Rules Committee for Two-year Term
Babst Calland Attorney Mark Dausch has been appointed to the Pennsylvania Environmental Hearing Board (EHB) Rules Committee effective January 1, 2026. The EHB functions like a court, providing a forum to challenge actions taken by the Department of Environmental Protection and to seek judicial-like relief. The Rules Committee is composed of nine attorneys designated by the Governor, legislative leaders, the Secretary of the Department and the Department’s Citizens Advisory Council. Members serve two-year terms and meet regularly to review the EHB’s procedural rules and recommend changes. Mark focuses his practice on energy and environmental litigation and has tried several high-stakes lawsuits in federal, state and administrative courts, as well as in arbitration.
