Pennsylvania’s P3 Board Approves Three Transportation Projects
Pennsylvania’s Public-Private Partnership (“P3”) Board recently approved three new transportation projects. Two proposals were submitted by private industry, and one project involves a partnership agreement between PennDOT and a third party to quickly replace hundreds of structurally deficient bridges.
