Babst Calland joins the American Bar Association (ABA) for its 2026 Litigation Section Annual Conference, April 22-24, 2026. This Conference brings together top litigation professionals from across the U.S. to discuss timely legal issues and the latest in trial advocacy, litigation strategy, and case management.

Litigation Attorney Joseph Schaeffer will serve as the moderator for the session “Litigating in the Age of AI: Navigating Algorithms, Deepfakes, and Data Overload.” Subject-matter experts on the use of AI will be joined by a member of the judiciary to discuss the effective use of AI in pretrial and trial practice, focusing on navigating algorithms, deepfakes, and data overload.
