Municipal Attorney Morgan Madden will present “Zoning Strong: Enforcement Strategies that Stick and Appeals You Can Win” at the 2026 PAAZO Spring Seminar on Sunday, April 19, 2026. This one-hour presentation will provide practical strategies and tips to strengthen zoning enforcement practices and set municipalities up for zoning appeal success.  Morgan will cover best practices and the requirements of the MPC and aim to better equip zoning officers with the tools to consistently enforce zoning ordinances and defend those actions with confidence.
