Peter Landau Joins Law Firm Babst Calland
Peter J. Landau recently joined law firm Babst Calland’s Pittsburgh, Pa. office as an associate in the Corporate and Commercial and Emerging Technologies groups. He advises clients across a variety of industries on a broad range of corporate and commercial legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, corporate structuring and governance, and general corporate and business counseling.
Before joining the Firm, Mr. Landau was an associate with DLA Piper in Palo Alto, Calif., where he advised U.S.- and foreign-based companies on domestic and international tax matters, including international, M&A, state and local, and renewable energy tax credits. He is a 2022 graduate of Columbia Law School.
