The litigation team at Babst Calland has been representing clients associated with the development of energy and natural resources for more than three decades. Our energy litigation practice has increased dramatically with our nation’s development of natural gas, particularly in the Appalachian Basin. We are similarly well positioned to support the growing renewables industry.
As a result of our multidisciplinary approach to servicing the energy industry, our litigators successfully draw on the depth and knowledge of firm attorneys in other disciplines including construction, land use, environmental, employment and labor, title and pipeline and HazMat safety.
