Meghan S. Mesojedec

Meghan Mesojedec is an associate in Babst Calland’s Corporate and Commercial Group. Ms. Mesojedec focuses primarily on corporate, real estate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of various asset types.

Background

Ms. Mesojedec graduated from the University of Michigan in 2020, earning a B.A. in Sport Management. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2023. As a law student, Ms. Mesojedec served as a teaching assistant for Legal Analysis and Writing and as Lead Business Manager of the Journal of Law and Commerce. She was also a member of the Mock Trial team and President of the Sport and Entertainment Law Society.

Ms. Mesojedec is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and the Commercial Real Estate for Women (CREW) Network in Pittsburgh.
