In her recent article, EPA Proposes National Primary Drinking Water Regulations for Six PFAS Chemicals with Matt Wood, Mackenzie Moyer discusses the EPA’s pre-publication version of a proposed National Primary Drinking Water Regulation Rulemaking that would regulate six PFAS substances under the Safe Drinking Water Act. Years in the making, the final PFAS rule will be the first federally enforceable drinking water rule governing PFAS. The EPA intends to finalize the PFAS rule by the end of 2023.
