On October 24, 2025, the Albany County Supreme Court issued a decision and directed the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) to issue regulations to meet the emissions reduction mandates pursuant to the State’s 2019 Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act (CLCPA).
